checking in...

Today I've done:

100 crunches
25 V-crunches with rotation
30 Cobras (don't forget your back muscles for a stronger tummy!)

I've also carried a fussy, 15 lb. baby on several laps around the house. I tried to stay away from the sweets, but a couple of laps took me by the M&M dish and I ate 2 before I thought about it. I guess I need to hide the dish!

Okay chickie...I don't know HOW you did it....I am at 75 crunches (I will get in my last 25 by tonight), a 2 mile walk, 30 wall push-ups...I'm a wimp and can't do reg, push-ups, so I upped the number of wall push ups, and 20 lunges... MY legs are on FIRE.

I'm gettin' my cape at the end of this......

ok I'm new here but if no one minds I will join. I do need to loose the weight. I am way to over weight. I always want someone to work out with so this is my someone. I will begin in the morning.
