I've been using this along with swimming, walking, and biking. It's a very simple video with basics for people recovering from surgery or working on range of motion. I have to do some parts 2-3x to really feel it but I've been working out for a while. It was a freebie that someone posted, I got it for free!
Anyone else using this resource?
