I'm still here and lurking to see how the rest of you are doing. Several of you are doing great! Remember that the people who make lifestyle changes instead of just extreme dieting will have the most long term success. It is a long, slow process but the results will start to come if your consistent. You didn't gain all the weight overnight so it isn't going to come off overnight.

I am still struggling to get my emotions in check and refocus. I'm doing better calorie wise most of the time but still not doing much, if any, exercise. I need to dig deeper and find the motivation I had at this time last year. Just can't seem to find it amidst all the turmoil in my life right now. Goes to show you how much eating and weight can be tied to your emotions. It was so much easier to be motivated with 40+ lbs. to lose last year because my mind and heart were in a much better place. This last 13-14 lbs. seems so much more overwhelming. I have a couple pictures that I can post that show how far I've come and maybe that will help to remotivate me. I've come so far, I just need to finish what I started.

Wow!!!! Thanks so much for sharing!! I am re-motivated too! I've been doing ok, but had a lot of stuff to deal with lately (weird stomach thing, COLD weather, DS being really BAD, my house, my car, my anniversary, TAXES!! ugh! need I go on?) but I am still here! I don't think I've lost anything this week, if anything maybe a pound, but I have still been logging every little bite into my spark people page everyday faithfully and have been exercising less, but still doing it as often as possible. I actually went to the gym today! But I need to get myself going again and get more workouts in. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon because I still have a long way to go and I want this to be a permanent change. Hang in there ladies, I think we've officially reached a plateau, but we'll get through it together!!!!
