I have a WW staff meeting and have to weigh in! I am dreading it as I know I am up from last time (August 2006). We only have them every 3 months and at the last one they surprised us by not weighing us.

I am only up 5 pounds since last time, but still, it is 5 pounds!

I get so anxious about it. Regular weighs in are fine, but these are the "perfect" people, of which, I am NOT!

Claire, No one is perfect. I have never done WW but do they announce your weight or gains/losses in front of the whole group?

Don't worry Claire!! You are their star leader!!! No one is perfect, that is probably why everyone likes you so much!

NO! NEVER! That is a big no no!

I know and I know they can tell, too. But, realistically, the other people don't care. I care though. I don't want to let anybody, including myself down.

I don't know why it stresses me so much, but it does.

If you are within the guidelines I don't see why they should care! I know that you are not where you personally want to be, but they can't give you a hard time if you are within your range. Don't worry, you are an awesome leader and that's all that matters!

What I wouldn't give for it to JUST be five pounds! You are gorgeous, Claire. I have seen full body pictures!! That is something a lot of us are scared to do!!

Well, see, that is just it. Technically, I am not within my range.

Now you understand my nervousness. I am real like everybody else and had some slipups.

I hope they won't fire me, but I figure they would give me time to get it off, too. For one, they need leaders desperately and secondly, our meeting is a big money maker. I think it is the time and location more than anything, but I also know the two receptionists and I are friendly and more "real" than other workers I have seen.

They should give you a certain time frame to take it off if they are concerned about it. If they were a compasionate human being they should understand about your slipups and hopefully they will. They would be very sorry to lose you if they don't! You obviously are very valuable because your meetings are so packed. I'm sure it is not just the time and location or people would not keep coming back!

Well, I was down 1 1/2 pound from the night before so that was good (considering I had just started my period!). But, I was up. I was not the only one up and they didn't say anything. YEAH! So, I have to April to worry about it again! lol

I'm glad it worked out! Isn't it crazy how we get ourselves so worked up about things when it ends up that we didn't need to!
