I paid $40 for this stuff....I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time and after a week I was having chest pains and was so fatigued I needed help getting out of my car after I finally was able to make the drive home. This was taking the lowest dose too! Just b/c there's no ephedra doesn't matter, the mixture of herbs and caffeine can be even worse for you. That is what a nutritionist told me....

I have lost over 10 pounds in a month by counting my calories though.....you name it, I've done it and nothing works better than balance.

My dh takes it and it makes him really wired! So then I tried even though I swore that I would never take any type of weight loss pill and I have no effect with it. I did not lose weight I was not caffeined up...nothing. So I am not taking it anymore. I guess that it has different effect on everyone. I am just balancing my calories and exercsing and it seems to be working much better!

I've used it but from experience it's not something you just take to lose weight. It is a supplement which means you take it in addition to doing something else. The idea of it and why so many people feel jittery and sleepless from it, is that it gives you the extra energy to perform in the gym....and burn the extra calories. So if you aren't working out but are taking these supplements than yes it will affect your sleep and it will make you feel dizzy, light headed, etc. That is why it's a supplement...not just a diet pill. If you read the packaging it clearly states that it's meant for a well balanced diet and exercise.

Also if you do take it, just take one pill three times a day. It suggests taking up to two pills three times a day, but I honestly think that is more directed for men, as they have more body mass and can handle the effects better!

HTH!!

I am looking for the "magic" that can help with controlling my craving for sweets -
I lost 30 pounds by going to a gym and working hard! Now I have stopped with the gym because of money issues and it was getting hard to get my 2 girls up and ready to head to the gym(which they laved going there -great lady in the kids room) -but this would take up the entire morning and it was just getting too hard. Now I regret that I have stopped - I have put back on 10 pounds because I just cannot stop eating sweets- m@m(dark chocalate-but isn't that supposed to be good for you!) -chocalate for some reason I have had the worst craving for chocate ! No not a pregnacy craving I just cannot stop with the chocalate! I just was wondering if there was anything out there for my problem! thanks

First off I agree with Christy 100 % (Shocker! ) She said exactly what I would have...it is marketed as a 'supplement' not as a diet pill.

Hate me if you will....There is no magic....it is sheer will power and determination...Tell yourself you WILL not over indulge in sweets.... have a small treat once a day so you don't feel deprived. After 4 days, you've made it through the hardest part!
I don't beleive in cutting things out 100 % cold turkey...It just doesn't work...At least not for me...If i say I can't have a brownie, it makes me want it more and then I wind up binging. SO I have a SMALL brownie if I want one.
You have to make up your mind that you will allow yourself a small treat (say if you've worked out that day, tell yourself you'll reward yourself with a pice of chocolate......you might find that after working out, you don't even want that chocolate (it happens).
