Do you have "before" pictures?
Do you have an exercise journal? or food journal?
How are you keeping track of your progress?
I keep an online journal about my progress. I don't write down what I eat each day, but I do keep track (mentally) of my caloric intake...and portion sizes. I am also very conscious about my water intake too. I make a point of working out at least three, at the most four, times a week (even if that means one day on the weekend). Thirty minutes of cardio each time followed by a half hour to an hour of weight lifting and stretching. And I bought a top to match them!!!
My "before" picture was taken in October and I'm due to have a "midway" picture...I'm hesitating having it done now because I fear that I won't be pleased (I set a high bar for myself in terms of progress). I so want to have my four pack back and muscle definition in my arms, but I know that's not there yet. It seems like it will never be again!! ARGH!!
However, I do celebrate small accomplishments. When I was able ot put on a pair of my jeans from PRE-PREGNANCIES (plural) I was ecstatic! I wore them all week, just because I could (dirty or not, I put them on!!)
