Definition of "ME TIME"- time that mommies can spend on themselves to feel more rested, more beautiful, more productive, more special!

What do you like to do to stay connected with yourself!?!?!

I was just thinking that it might be nice if I started doing my nails again. I stopped when I had my son and I was working full time.

I started working out. I do the Body Pump class at the Y on friday even and sun afternoons. there are a couple of other fun gals I know also going. I also have been taking long baths( needed to get over the workout). I am also decluttering which is great for me.

I love to go out shopping and walk around in the mall to get something for my husband/son so that way my husband can watch my son at home while I am out of house to get some fresh air.

Honestly, go to the gym without the kids and without an errand schedule or a scheduled event following the gym time.

Have a shower with no interuption ~ same goes with a bath

Go shopping ~ hobby lobby and house decor shopping

Have a coffee with a girlfriend in a nice cafe and just catch up

Sit in a quiet room, on a comfortable chair, couch, chaise lounge and just veg or read my stack of magazines!

I guess it would be shopping--not even buying stuff just looking.

Going to the gym is now part of my scheduled day so I don't consider it free time. For me I read or talk to other mommysavers.

I like watching a movie at home by myself with a cup of coffee and a piece of chocholate as my reward for a 30-60 minute workout session.
