EASY SOLUTION:
Don't buy junk!!! You are in charge of what is in your pantries.....avoid the junk food isles and box meal isles. If you want snacks, try fresh veggies cut up, fruit or those 100 cal packs...yummy!

I try the no junk in the house thing and the only thing that we have is fruit snacks for the kids and those are my total downfall! I am better though! I do not buy boxed meals except for a few Michelinas Lean Gourmet for lunch.
But I did start the fresh veggies thing and have been cutting them up and putting themin small baggies so that I can just grab and eat. For some reason lately the veggies just are not looking good in the stores. Probably because nothing is in season and it being shipped in. Ughhhhh!
Oh and the 100 calorie snack I love the Nutter Butter ones!! Yummy!
Christy~ What is the Nutella that you always talk about? It sounds like something I might like.

Ohhhh Huney....if you haven't tried it, DO NOT!! It's so addicting. I had my first taste of it in Italy (7 years ago) and I have not stopped!!! Don't do it...stay far far away from it!!! LOL LOL
As for your kids, try giving them drier snack options....and by that I mean, less sugary, so that if you do sample it (because it's in the house) you won't be hurting your progress. Pretzels, animal crackers, low fat/low card bagel bites, rice crackers, goldfish, raisons, etc. The fruit snacks are SO LOADED in sugar....yes they are good, but not good for you ~ or them.

I was doing good til yesterdays fall....I didn't do anything yesterday and the most I did today was go food shopping and limp around the stores....I DID however wear my pedometer, and am trying to get back into that habit and beat 10,000 steps a day! (or limps as the case may be for the next few days )

I have not given up but this week it will only be today, Fri and Sat. We have had car issues and it was just to darn cold to go out! I cant wait till it warms up I miss being able to walk ds to school and pick up not only does it break up the day it does help that pedometer of mine to hit 10,000!

I've been slacking since the begining of the year. But, I've also been sick since the begining of February, so after I start feeling well, I think I'll start my 30-3's. Thanks for the motivation, ladies.

Shell take care of that ankle. If anyone knows...it's me. You know the craziness I went through six months ago. It's ugly. Stay put, prop it up, and take it easy. We'll get you back on board soon....tooot tooot!
