Friday weigh in?

Is there a weigh in today? If so- I am happy to report that I lost 3 lbs this week! I think it has to do a lot with my chest cold and not being hungry at all! If I am eating I am eating just enough to keep my energy going. I also got to thank Christy K.  for recommending Pilates- It was not too hard to do with my chest cold but I was able to work out and not feeling sorry for myself!- Thanks Christy!

Thanks for starting this!! I've lost another 2 lbs this week. I guess I've stabalized my weight loss now. But I'm happy with it! How is everyone else doing??

I have so fallen off the wagon! I am still working out about 5 times a week for 30-40 minutes, but the eating has crept up. So I have to start controlling that I have been yesterday and today, The scale crept up too and I dont want to see that!
My arms look really good and clothes are looking lose on the arms, I think all the weight is coming off my arms first, when will it come off my butt?!
I am going to do the one hour workouts fromTHE FIRM tomorrow and sunday and that should kick start me again!
Congrats to all who lost and to those who didnt, comeon lets go! there is always tomorrow!

Thanks for posting this stevesgal!
I have lost 2 pounds this last week! That is the most in a while. So I think that my motivation is back up there. We will see only time will tell!

You're welcome!!! I'm glad you are enjoying it. As you get better, you will find more challenging videos to try at home too!

Girl, get back up here...don't you fall off....you were well on your way.....
Now remember, when using THE FIRM, put your weight in your heels when doing squats, lunges, etc. You should be able to wiggle your toes when doing these exercises! If you can keep that in mind when doing lower body work outs, you will DEFINITELY feel a more concentrated burn in your hamstrings, quads, calves and butt!
Now, get back on this wagon and get movin' !!!

I not only fell off the wagon ladies I cant find the wagon!!  I know I am bad. I am trying to get back on but am having a hard time. I did buy 2 huge water bottles this week and am drinks tons of water so this is good. Still not much exercise though. I only got one day in this week.  I am just soo tired lately and when I say that I am totally not kidding. I am getting enough sleep but right now I am falling asleep no matter what I am doing!!  Seriously, last nite I was washing the dinner dishes and I fell asleep right there at the sink! I did put a call in to the doctor today to see if there is something that can be done but there office is closed now so I guess I will have to wait until Monday. I just dont know what is wrong w/ me lately.

well, I'm not weighing in but I do have to say that I felt really good working out this week. I didn't work out as much as I woul've liked to since I was out of the office a day, and forgot my clothes the next day...but I was able to run and work out the other days and it felt so great!!!
I can't wait for my schedule to get back to normal!!
