If you wanted to maybe rent one first from the library or netflix and then decide to buy it, it might be better to do it that way. Netflix has a HUGE selection of work out and fitness videos. I'm sure your local library will have something too.

In terms of my own personal preferences, I personally cannot stand Denise Austin or her voice, but her videos aren't bad (If you mute her).

I prefer anything by Kathy Smith. She is very good about explaining things, especially if it's new to you. I did one of her yoga videos a few years ago and she would tell you how to properly do the poses instead of just showing you. She gave tips throughout her videos too, which I found stuck with me. AND she's not annoying...I like her voice!

The Firm is my favorite work out collection and they now have a yoga and pilates work out. I may just go ahead and buy their's once we are settled.

Thanks for your advice. I have several firm videos but haven't tried any yoga by them. I agree with you, I can't stand Denise Austin

I found some yoga videos in the $5 bin at Walmart. It comes 2 dvd's in a pack. Let me see who does them..........Sherry MacDonald. It's called Carribean Workout Stretch into Yoga. I like them. The first one is pretty basic the other is a little harder.

Thanks for your suggestions. We do use Neflix. I'll try the Carribean Workout
