Here is my weekly WW recipe. I love this! I made it Sunday night and had some today for lunch.
Easy Chicken and Dumplings
2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
3 cans of water
10 98% fat free flour tortillas
13 ounce can chicken breast
10 ounce box mixed vegetables (optional)
Whisk soup and water together in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add chicken, tortillas and vegetables (if desired). Simmer on low/medium for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 12 servings.
