I know it isnt alot but I have only been seriously dieting and such for a couple weeks. I am on the right track I think. I am being more careful with what I eat and then I am walking. I do have a question though if anyone can recommend a good video workout? I can't always get out to walk and have no room for any machines. It would be nice to have a video I can do. TIA!

Ohh. That's fantastic.

I love work out videos, I have a ton (don't really do them though). My advice is find something you like, or have wanted to learn not just the latest trend. Even though Denise Austin is scary as heck, she is funny too and it keeps you motivated. I like her Yoga and pilates tapes. Also the "Crunch" series, I have fat-blasting yoga, and 10 minute pilates. They are great because the have modifications so you don't feel bad if you can do the entire thing. You can get both at target and best buy. Your doing great! good luck

Good Job on losing the weight. Don't minimize your accomplishment either. !5 lbs is one and a half dress sizes lost. That is alot! Keep up the good work.

I have no advice on the videos cuz I don't stick with them but wanted to say CONGRATS! on the 15 lb. Way to go.
