Personally, I'm doing good, but I feel bad that I haven't been on here very much to check on everyone and see how things are going!! I'm trying to think of a way to get us all re-motivated, but I realize its hard to get out and exercise in this miserable weather. We've had lots of snow this last week and its starting to get me down too! One thing I did do was buy a couple of 5 lb dumb bell weights and a new exercise video to try out. I have my pilates that I do at home, but I think trying something new could be motivating too.
I am really excited that I hit the 20 lb mark the other day! Its actually a little more than that since I know I weighed more on the 1st of Jan, but I'm going off of my starting date here (the 5th of Jan) which makes it a total of 20 lbs lost since then! WoooHoo!! I'm happy!!
I might try to post some pictures from when I started and now a little later...
