My sister told me about this program that she is starting. She used to run Cross Country and now with her career and a baby she really has side tracked from running. This program allows even the laziest of us to go from the couch to running 5K.

There is an Aggressive and Conservative plan and you can coose which one is right for you.
I've seen this before. A friend of mine asked me about it. She tried it a few years ago and I think stopped almost half way through. Her life got too busy...however, I think it's a great start for those who have never ran before.
