yes sadly I had this(I'm secretly dying while posting this)...ya know...that ugly handful of fat that likes to just hang over the bra straps on your back...thankfully I've found a great and EASY exercise that helps to fix this...might have seen it on Oprah actually but can't remember for sure.
Throw puches(yes ladies an exercise and a stress reliever ;O)
just straight out in front of yourself.
I do them while walking on my treadmill and sometimes just throughout the day with 2 pound weights.
You'll be able to feel it though,even without the weights(or hey even use small soup cans)
I can definately tell a difference though.(Thank goodness)
