If you go onto the restaurant's website, you can often find the nutritional information for the food--just reduce the calorie, fiber and fat content by the mayo, mustard, etc. and use your slide to figure it out from there.
McDonalds has a "build a sandwich" thing that tells each condiment's nutritional value individually.
Also, the website "dietfacts.com" has the nutritional information for restaurants, etc.
