I was hoping someone could tell me how to do this. When I eat out, I only eat my burgers plain. The points in the book are for burgers with everything on there. How do you figure the points for a burger that only has cheese on it? If anyone could tell me, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Brandi

No mayo, etc? If it is plain, you need to check to see if the WW burger is plain or not! If it isn't, then simply go find what a bun is (even by checking at a grocery store!) and a piece of hamburger meat that size/weight! Remember that they probably are the fattier pieces of meat in a restaurant. Hope this helps!

Thank you! We ate at Sonic last night and the points are different, depending on whether you get mayo or mustard. I don't get either, so I didn't know how to calculate it!

If you go onto the restaurant's website, you can often find the nutritional information for the food--just reduce the calorie, fiber and fat content by the mayo, mustard, etc. and use your slide to figure it out from there.

McDonalds has a "build a sandwich" thing that tells each condiment's nutritional value individually.

Also, the website "dietfacts.com" has the nutritional information for restaurants, etc.
