I start my spinning class today. I am so excited. I just hope that Ty does well at the CDC. I think there will be enough there to keep him happy ~ I pray there is

Last night we had the kids outside on the slip n slide. Our neighbors next door came out with their 2 1/2 year old so we invited him to join us. Turns out the mother, due in October, is the SPINNING INSTRUCTOR!! I told her, "this is good to know. When you don't see me at class on Mondays and Wednesdays you can hold me accountable". She is also the pilates instructor. Depending on how dh's schedule works out, I was thinking of taking that class too. It's offered at night from 6:30-7:30

Anyway, I need to get dressed now. WIsh me luck!

Girls I needed that luck!! It was a KILLER class....but I know that in time I will be able to keep up. It's exactly the kind of challenge I need right now

Next class: Wednesday (or if I can walk, tomorrow morning at 6am)

I have a friend that teaches a spinning class and from what she tells me about it, it sounds like cruel punishment! My hats off to you for going!

Spinning class is a class you can take, like an aerobics class, using only stationary bikes. The one I took on Monday and again today was an interval class which leads you through some "rolling hill" type exercises, then steep hill climbs, sprints, jogs, and jumps. Even though my BUTT KILLS, it's an incredible work out. I HIGHLY recommend it.

It certainly is, but you feel so good about getting to the end of the class alive!!!
