What's your least favorite exercise....but you STILL do it because you see results?

Susie..all of them is not an answer


My least fav is lunges, but I do see results (much as I hate to admit it) oh and reverse crunches....hate them!!!!

I agree about reverse crunchs, still not sure how much of a result I have noticed!

Lunges. No matter what way I do them they bother my knees (especailly the right one)! I know I am doing them properly- I video taped myself doing them (just to be sure- since they always say if your knees bother you- you are doing them wrong!)- pretty scary watching yourself exercise- not recommended for the weak stomachLOL ! Anyways- I get a knee musical anytime I do them- pop, crack, rub !

I had very bad knee trouble, but really worked on watching how I do my lunges and now they dont hurt at all. You really have to go down, not forward and you have to have the weight in the heel, so you can wiggle your toes if you need to. If the weight is in your toes then it will hurt.
I still hate lunges, but they do work!

I'd have to say reverse crunch is the worst for me. I do actually like doing crunches though..especially ones for the obliques.. I can really see a difference when I do them consistently. It's just those darn reverse ones and I know it is only because my muscles aren't that strong!
