Im starting the 7 day cabbage soup diet tomorrow with hopes of a quick 10-20 lb. weight loss...Wish me luck

OK, I am sure this is gonna sound stupid, but what is in Cabbage soup? Also, for those who have done it, does it stink up the house? Also, how does your gastrointestinal system deal with it? hehehehe
