Default what is your exercise of choice?

wht do you like to do the most for your exercise? i like to go for walks, or for a bike ride, also if i have no kiddos that day i will go rollerblading if i am in town. my goal is to do all those things more often. and hopefully this fall i can be in good enough shape to join back up with jiu jitsu to keep in shape through the winter.

I love my exercise videos--I enjoy doing cardio, weight training, pilates, you name it, right at home.
I also love, love, love to walk.
I feel super happy when I take my yoga class.

I do the DVD's I have The Biggest Loser Workouts, The Firm and Tae Bo, I just rotate them.

Jazzercise! I'm addicted. What I love is no matter how hard I work out and how tired/sweaty I am, I leave smiling. And because they use regular music off the radio, I'm always thinking of it...in my mind, I'm doing the routines.

I like the step classes at the gym because I'm forced to make it through the entire class. For a while I was doing some kettlebell at home, that really builds muscle! I need the class type environment though, it's much harder to stay motivated when trying to exercise by yourself.

Walking is my number one choice! Second would be pilates b/c I love how fast I see results and how relaxing it is to do, but I don't do it nearly as often as I should.

My favorite exercise for this season is biking. We have a bike trailer for my bike so the two little ones go in there and Ashlynn rides her bike. In the winter it is the treadmill.

Anything that really makes me sweat makes me happy! I used to hate being sweaty but now when I sweat I think I must be burn some butter now! I really like this one circuit training video I have- it has to be at least 45 minutes and I feel so "sore", hot and sweaty afterwards but I am happy.
