Well it is Friday and time for our weekly weigh ins. How did everyone do?

I am disappointed with myself because I have gone 8 days now without ANY soda and I have gained a pound. I think it is all of the chocolate that I have been inhaling.


How about you?????

I lost 1.5 lbs. Only 18 more lbs to go before vacation- I got to get into severe action- I only have about 1.5 months!

3Lynns, sometimes it may take a little while for the pop weight to go away- don't get frustrated! Just keep on going without the pop (you may want to cut back on the chocolate thoughLOL - just joking!), you will show results from it soon!

I know...........chocolate. mmmmm I never liked it until I got pregnant with dd#1 and ever since then I have been addicted. Bad bad!

I will do my weigh in first thing in the morning.I already had chicken chow mein for breakfast and a santa fe salad for lunch with lots of water so I will do it before I eat anything tomorrow morning

How about I just showed how much of a Pittsburgher (or northerner), that I am for writing about pop instead of sodaLOL ! I will try to write soda instead of pop for now on!

Well...I am down a total of 15.5 lbs in 6 weeks time. I am feeling pretty good about that. I can finally see the clothes getting loose. People have been starting to notice so that is good for my motivation. I am aiming to be at 20 by the end of the month. I will still have 30 more to go....but I am getting there.

Heather that is awesome! If I remember correctly, you are doing some kind of program aren't you? Are you eating different food than your family? That is what is killing me. I am just not keeping my calories low enough. I am not being disciplined enough. It is going SO slowly for me and I just can't seem to do what it takes to get this last 10 pounds off.

This week was a wash for me. I went up and down a couple of pounds all week and ended up just maintaining. All 4 of us have been sick this week and I only exercised 1 time. I am planning to go for a 4 mile walk ALONE this afternoon though. The weather is beautiful here. I am going to put on my music and enjoy being away from my needy children. My little one has been so sick and all he wants is mommy, mommy, mommy. I woke up to the sounds of my oldest puking all over his bed and the floor in the wee hours this morning. Dh has a nasty cough and I am catching it too. The baby has his 5th ear infection of the winter. Whew, mommy needs some fresh air.

I am doing a program. I am on a pretty strict one too. The good thing is I am losing with out having to exercise....lol. I would love to be able to walk...I used to last year for months but I really have no time now. In August when my kids are all in school I will get back out there. I am always on the go so I am staying active.
Sounds to me like you have your hands full....I would be wanting some fresh air too. I would probably keep walking and maybe never return...lol
I am eatting foods with the family...not all the time but I manage. I just have to plan ahead sometimes...especially when I am on the go so much. As long as I keep seeing results I am happy. I am on this until July so I am hoping to lose enough weight by then to get placed on the maintance part of the diet.
Your lucky you only have 10 more to lose. Just keep with the walking and I bet you can do it.

Can I join in?? I just had the baby so my weight (or the first few pounds) are coming off quick. About 25 lbs this first week. only THIRTY pounds to go...

When I went to my Weight Watchers meeting Thursday night I lost 2 lbs. Only 68 pounds left to go to meet my goal. I would really like to lose 20lbs by the end of May. I haven't been to work out at the gym in about 2 weeks. I need to get back into that & back to walking. We have started getting busy again-imagine that!
