Hi Ladies! I really enjoyed last weeks EOTW....I forgot how much fun it could be to just dance around the house...sure I do it with the kids, but throw on some Rick Springfield and the house gets cleaned to boot!

How about some jumping jacks for this week? We'll keep it simple and keep it at 20....

Any thoughts on next weeks EOTW? What haven't we done that you'd like to see featured? Shout it out!!

I am on it! Those are usually fun and the kids love them too

We too did some best of Rick dancing. One of my friends called me on my birthday and said if he is here this summer were going. It is traditon lets see since the age of 13!

I just did mine for today! I have been getting 2 sets in, you know besides the dancing its the kids favorite excercise. Love my best of Rick CD! I can clean in record time with that on.
