i have never had one. I know 3 people who have. 2 regretted it. My closest friend who actually was the most recent to have it done was wanting them for so long even wrote to Howard Stern a bunch of times. She finally had them done and said she wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The pain after was so intense and she is more self consience now. One hasn't dropped she has to go in again to have it fixed. She went to a full c cup. I think they look great! After she has the one fixed I'm sure she'll love them!

If I had money I would be Dolly Parton ( a little exageration) I would have lypo and some stuff lifted.

I have considered having breast reduction done. I'd like to be somewhere between yours and mine.

Good for you! I'm so jealous. I also would like to go up to a full B so I can't wait to hear how your experience is. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who has had the procedure done so I can't give you any information. It sounds like you have a great doctor and that is what I would look for too. Please report back! I've been thinking about it for a couple years and my dh is mostly on board. My main concerns were the pain afterward and how often they need to fixed. I had heard that they need to be redone every so often. Also, let us know what type you decide to go with and how they will be implanted. How exciting!

I say go for it. I would love to get one myself. I was barely a B before I had kids and now I am a small/medium A at best!! I would love to be able to fill out a tank top! Not huge, but to be able to throw out all my super mega padded bras would be great. One of these days, i have promised myself that I will get one.
Good luck

It has crossed my mind (I was a 34A after nursing Quentin for 18 months, who knows what they'll shrink down to when I'm finished with Ian ). But the idea of putting a foreign body inside me kind of freaks me out (plus the surgery to get it in there in the first place!).

I read an article about them a while ago, and one thing that I didn't know is that it isn't just a one-time operation. The implants wear down over time, and the article said that most women have to have them replaced at least once in their lives, maybe more often (depending on how young the person is when she gets them the 1st time).

My bestfriend bought me and her a set up silicone inserts that go in our bras.
If I really wanna look big I'll use them, but I'd never get a real boob job.
I am nursing right now and don't want to stop until after summer so I can
at least wear my bikini proudly until then. AFter nursing, I'll be droopy
and flat!

My friend was a small A and had implants and went to a full B.
She did it because she said that she was tired of looking in the mirror and seeing the chest of a boy. She loves them and feels it is the best thing she has ever done for herself.

I personally after I am done having kids, would love to have a lift and tummy tuck. (yucky twin tummy), but we'll see if that happens financially.

I had mine done several years ago. Any questions ask away.

They always say to go bigger than what you think you want cuz boobie greed monster will bite. Also I wear a 32DD or 32DDD (not as big as what some may think) and I only look like about a small D I think. Most of the time an implanted breast looks smaller than a natural breast of the same bra size.

I would get one after this baby is born and done nursing for sure if we had the money. Of course I don't want to look like Pamela Anderson, but I would sure love to be able to wear a dress again without having to stuff my bra!

I was a 34-B, I had my two boys, and went down to a 34- almost A after nursing them. I am just now filling my size A bra, and I'm 14 weeks pregnant!

Before kids I had perky 34 D's...which were too big, IMO. (Dh loved them, of course.) Now after spending 4 straight years being pregnant and nursing (just weaned my little one about 2 weeks ago) my boobs are quickly shrinking. They are already down to some small c's, I think in another couple of weeks I'll be a B (something I haven't been since I was 12 )

When I get in the best shape I can, if something 'needs' fixing, I'll definitely consider it. I don't know if I'd go bigger so much as just put them back up where they belong.
