I have been using my eliptical machine 5 days a week for about 30 minutes each time and for the life of me I cannot lose the cellulite on my legs. I can feel my legs have toned up considerably but I can still see the dimples.....how do I get rid of it? I feel very uncomfortable wearing shorts, which I love! Any tips or advice would be very much appreciated. (By the way, I'm 5'6" and weigh about 135 pounds so I'm really not overweight, just BUMPY!!!)

I wish I had an answer for you but besides some miracle cream I am not sure. I too have been very loyal to the elipical machine.

Liposuction. It is the ONLY way to remove it. (I'm in no way advocating it, just repeating my doctors answer!) Losing body fat helps, but if it's genetic, lipo is the only way. (sucks right? ) all those creams out there? All they do is plump up the rest of your skin so the dimples aren't noticeable, but as soon as you stop using the creams, you're right back where you started. You can get the same effects as the cream...when you put on moisturizer, give your legs a massage....it does the same as the cream, stimulates blood flow and causes the rest of your skin to plump up a bit and the dimples are less noticable!

getting deep tissue massages regularly will help a lot also but the cost is there too. Tell your dh to get rubbing
