Ok, Im too lazy to look.. So please direct me to the right spot if this is already going on. But there are so many challenges going on in the other forums (cleaning.. scrapbooking.. to name a few) that really get me motivated. Why not in the fitness forum? I guess I need someone to TELL me what to do in order to do it. Like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday... post a few challenges throughout the day (a lot like Blessedwith6 does in the cleaning challenges) that will total up to 30 minutes of working out.. or whatever... Just a thought..

Hey that sounds like a good idea to me-I haven't been very motivated these past 3 weeks. I need some motivation & challenges.

Ember, Shell has been posting an exercise of the week. We have also talked about having 30 mninutes of cardio three times a week....so if you wanted to combine those together and get your week's full that would be challenging.

Make your thirty minutes fun, do things that don't just require using a treadmill or eliptical machine. For example: turning up the music and dancing with the kids; or cleaning the house to 80's music (believe me it works); doing stairs with kids in arms; jump rope; jumping jacks....all of these things can be done with your kids and require very little equipment
