A bit of background. I gained sixty pounds w/first ds, dropped twenty right before getting pregnant w/second ds, gained fifty with second ds. Well, not one pound was removing itself from my body after ian was born so I started to go to weight watchers about six months ago. I've lost 20lbs but cannot seem to find the motivation to count points or even care what I'm eating at times. And my job doesn't help either. I'm a nurse so that "mandatory 30min dinner break" is kind of a joke - I had a bag of corn chips last night because I was trying to wait until I could eat real food and almost passed out. So, any tips for motivation ladies?

Join our MILF group. Ember can motivate anyone to excercise- LOL

Do a search for the MILF posts. Ember keeps us in line and motivated to exercise and check in everyday what we are doing.

Good luck

As far as eating, can you pack a lunch to eat that is a little more healthy than corn chips? I pack my lunch every day and it really helps me eat more healthily.

Also, for excersizing, start out a little at a time and build up. Go for a walk around the block. Then start jogging around the block. Maybe do aerobics or pilates. Denise Austin has two great work out shows on Lifetime in the mornings at 7:00 & 7:30.

HTH!
