What would you like to talk about during chats (or discussion threads as the case currently is) ?

Cardio VS Strength Whats more important

Excersise for your 20's 30's 40"s and up which ones are best for you? (We could all do a little research and share)

Food groups, portion control, dairy do you get enough

Vitamins do you take them? If so which ones and how do you think they help you any side effects?

Do you follow a certain guru ie Bob Green, Dr. Oz, and has it worked?

Those are all good ideas. Another thread just gave me an idea for a topic or two. What tv fitness shows do you like? Which ones do you actually exercise with? What dvds do you like? What equipment do you have at home?

I have a bunch of discussion topics that I have collected from reading various articles in Health, Shape and Fitness magazines. I think most of those topics are ones that some of you have mentioned and some that have yet to be discussed in the regular forum!

I agree with what momof2boys said. Also maybe what you do to resist those tempting foods & snacks.

Stacey we have touched on that a bit already. Check out Chat Session #2 thread and as well as the "how to not look like the dieter in the group" thread I started a few days ago. There are so great tips in there!

For a fun topic(s)- what diet myths have you heard/tried/succeed or fail,
What weird things you do that you think helps you with your diet.

Personally- I am not ready for a smoking intervention yet !
