I'm turning into a big lump of cottage cheese !! GROSS!! It's really disguisting! My thighs are really bad and my stomach and upper arms are starting too. Does anyone know, if you lose weight, will it go away? My kids are not fat and they have a bit of it starting on them too! I've seen babies with cellulite...it's just crazy! Oh how I wish the outside of me matched the inside of me! I feel young and sexy inside, but get a total shock whenever I see myself in the mirrow....I'm anything but that !! I just find it so hard to get motivated to lose weight and exercise! I'm sure I'm not alone in this. I want to look/feel good but it's so hard. I've dieted so many times and lost up to 25 pounds each time but I get so sick of it and quit, just to slowly end up right back where I started!!! Why does this have to be a life time struggle! I wish I love exercise...wouldn't that be great . Seriously, I'm turning to mush! I've hadly got any muscles left! I get tired holding my arms up for any length of time...that's pitiful . It's hard not to hate yourself! Ugh!!!

I don't think it ever really goes away, but you can reduce the appearance of it...like you said, by losing weight...I've heard some folks say that massage helps reduce the appearance of it. Also a tan...I'm a big fan of the tan for the upper thigh!

I have no motivation either, except my dd (6) telling me you need to exercise. (i've said it tooo many times around her, she has picked up on it) Yesterday I stopped and looked at a dress and she said don't look at that your too big for it. (is that motivation for you or what)

I have all that wonderful cellulite on my legs too. I have heard that once you get the fat cells inflated you can deflat them with diet and exercise, but they are always there just waiting to blow up again. I'm not sure if anything will really help with cellulite. Good luck with finding a solution.

Okay, I'll say it.....there is no cure for cellulite... You CAN reduce the appearance of it though...First and formost by losing weight...don't hate yourself...Losing weight is hard for a lot of us, if it weren't there wouldn't be so many products marketed towards weight loss!
Find something you like...how about just walking, it is the best exercise around!

Back to the cellulite...you can also reduce the appearance of it with firming creams and anti cellulite creams..the problem with those? They're temporary, all they do is plump up the skin around it to make the cellulite less noticiable for a few days at a time (do it for free yourself with some massage (it plumps up the skin just the same and feels great!)

Like Oregano said, I too am a fan of tan for the upper thigh, having some color on your skin always makes you look thinner and dissipates the appearance of cellulite. If you don't go out in the sun, Jergens has a wonderful firming self tanner cream that looks very very natural!

Don't give up hope, and please don't hate yourself...There's way more to you as a person than the way you look!!!

Cellulite is cause by the expanding and contracting of cells over time b/c of toxins and lymph flow. Lypossage is a massage that can do wonders, and there are products out there which can also eliminate that cottage cheese!
