Well, I don't diet and certainly don't exercise, but I'm all about just eating healthy. Tonight I made zucchini and summer squash tacos. I just saute'd them in a pan, added some pureed canned tomatoes, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and salsa. I had them on blue corn shells with lettuce and olives. They were really yummy and not to high in calaries.
I have been keeping lots of delish looking fruits out on the counter and some peanuts in the shells. We've been grabbing those instead of naughty snacks lately just because they are convenient.
Hats off to you guys that are doing so well with your diets and exercise programs.
