Well I have maintained for the 4th week in a row. I exercised 5 times this week. I would still like to drop a few more, but I have to find the motivation to do a little more than I am doing and with the end of summer upon us, it is all I can do at the moment to keep my sanity. School starts in 2 weeks for the oldest and preschool starts in 5 weeks for the youngest. Yahoo!!!

-yes- I did sleep in this morning ! I was not able to fall asleep very well last night and woke up about 30 minutes ago!

I lost 1 lb this week! Which is amazing since I think I only worked out 3 times this week- none of which was strength training! I so hear what you say about the kids going back to school and becoming more focused Maggie! I usually work out between 7-8 (notice that I only just got up about 7:30!) and with the kids being home all the time I usually have to decided to hurry up and clean the house up some or exercise. I hate to admit that for the most part I have been choosing the unobstructive cleaning (especially since I took a lot of time off while I had poison ivy and now that we are going to have in laws over next weekend for dd's birthday party). But I am not complaining about the 1 lb loss- I am in shock! Actually my dh told me the other day that I am starting to get chicken legs- which is always a compliment when you've always had muscular legs (compared to thin legs!)- I wonder if this is his way of trying to get me to do more butt exercise (yes- I have always had junk in the trunk!) and stomach work?! - I will be exercising more next week!

I lost 1lb, which is a complete fluke since I didn't exercise this week at all. I probably just didn't eat as much, not saying that I was eating right either.

Maintained. I hate how my weight fluctuates. Last night I was at a pound lost for the week, this morning, I'm back up that pound. Oh well, I just started journalling again, so that should help in the coming weeks. Shooting for at least one pound next week. Have a great weekend girls.

I was able to run every day this week except this morning. I ran my errands instead!!!

I will probably run tomorrow and all next week too as I have the reunion coming up!

Eatin habits have been pretty good too even though I have been SO TEMPTED to order in every night this week. It's hard to cook for just one. I'd much prefer to do a family meal when dh is home...when he's not I don't want to do a thing!

bTW: My jeans are super loose on me this week.....that to me is PROGRESS!!!!
