This thread is for you to post your start date. 3 Months from your start date you will be expected to post your "before and after" pics. Dont be scared. If I can do it.. so can you. And if you have truly been working out like you are suppose to.. then you will probably be PROUD to post them when the time comes!!

If you started with me.. then your start date was July 24, 2006 meaning we post pics October 24, 2006. So please just post your start date only. I will try to keep a list.

Yeah... I've been thinking about that. I thought about starting a yahoo group. But I dont want to take away from the board. Maybe I can start a private yahoo group just for posting the pics. Anyone else have any ideas?

Ok, ladies, I'm in. I was teetering for a bit - but tomorrow AUGUST 27th is my official start date. We have a BBQ today and I know that I won't do what I'm supposed to do!! I'm going to do the bootcamp stuff but also try to eat healthy! My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds in three months. So, November 27th it is!!! Woo Hoo! I'm excited!!!!:D Thanks Ember for getting me motivated!!!
