I know I am jumping the gun here (being Thursday 10:15 at night). I probably won't get a chance to check in Friday morning (I have soooo much crap to do- and I mean crap - we are having a cookout/birthday party with DH's family Saturday- I have to get stuff made and finish cleaning the house!).

Anyways- I only maintained which is disgusting for the simple fact that I have been running around the house like mad cleaning it! Today I had to scrub the siding on the front of my house- darn racoon got into the garbage that had spaghetti in it and I had stupid racoon hand prints on my house- the jerk! Sorry about the rant!- at least my siding is officially white again!

Happy weigh in everyone!

Lost 3 pounds. Exercised 4 times this week and ate salad everyday for lunch. Snacks were fruit or popcorn.

Just checking in....
I have been on a plateau....I think. The scale has not been budging.
Why is losing the last 10 pounds so hard. Not that I only have 10 to lose...but ten to get to my normal BMI range. I still would like to lose another 20 total.
That would be a first for me....I have never been down to that weight before.
That would be 150lbs. I know it seems like still a lot to weigh...but for me, I would be thrilled at that weight.
I hope it goes faster when the kids go back to school...this will be when I really start hitting the exercise (walking) hard.
I have no excuses...I will have 4 hours in the morning with no kids!

Hi ladies. Sorry I am late - yesterday was crazy! I never made it onto the computer. Good job deemom!!! I am so glad you joined us and boy did you start out with a bang. I also maintained. I am on a big old plateau myself. This makes 5 weeks in a row that I haven't lost anything. I still want to lose 5 more pounds and Heather I agree it is the very last bit of weight that is so darn hard to get off. It is annoying! When school starts (9 days!!!) I am going to buckle down again and get down to 115. Haven't seen that weight since my first marriage went to he$$ and I went through a nasty divorce and barely ate for months. This time I will do it the healthy way!

I exercised 6 times this week. I am feeling strong and fit. I like it! I did get new shoes this week and even though they are the same as my old ones for some reason they gave me nasty blisters so I have been hobbling around for the last couple of days. I hate breaking in new shoes.
