Well, this is a pretty good week for me too, despite the fact that I had 3 days with only 1/2 hour lunch to workout in. I ran each day, two days I ran 3 miles in 23.43 (YAHOO!!:D ) My fastest yet running 3 miles.. it was on the treadmill though, not outside. I ran 2.25 outside one day and did that in 16 minutes, so that is good for me outside.
I did the MILF stuff too. I was just telling a friend of mine that those butt crunches really do work! So we all have to keep at it!
Also, ab crunches, lifted weights, aerobics twice and pilates session once.
It was a good week!
