It has been a while since I posted. Basically because I fell off the wagon. But the good news is that I had to start seeing my chiropractor and he has given me some weight lifting exercises to do. They work different parts of the body and he says that once I get into better shape I will have a lot less back and joint issues.

now I just need to get back on the treadmill and start walking - of course there is the watching what I eat issue too. One day at a time - I am just thrilled that I have stuck with the exercises - yeah it is only a week on my own but normally I don't make it that long and the exercises are easy and kind of fun - with the right music playing of course.

Good for you! Keep up the work and just take one day at a time. I fell of the wagon for a little while too, but I'm back w/ my program and doing better than I was before.

good for you. I fell off also, but mine was a mental collapse. I am back on and found a friend to go to a class at the Y with me.

It's hard but you're worth it. keep up the good work. and don't forget to drink your water.
