I got up when DH got up this morning (instead of rolling out of bed when the kiddos do 45 minutes later) and I FEEL GREAT! The last two days it has gotten dark out before I found time to get my bike ride in, so I did it first thing this morning. I hope to make this a new habit -- we'll see. I do love my sleep!

Checking in:
25 min cardio (bike)
200 crunches
200 butt lifts
100/100 leg lifts
20 push-ups
20 squats

I'm running errands with 3 kiddos in tow most of today, so that will be extra workout.

I have a slipped disc in my back and can't step on my left leg. I hope I can get everything popped back in by tomorrow so I can get back to it.

oh goodness! I hope you are ok! I'm sorry to hear that you are down.

Today I'm just doing
200 crunches

200 leg lifts

I'm still very exhausted and need to get to bed. However I ate two sandwhiches tonight and chips and salsa so I feel like I gorged! I need to get some movement in!!!
