I started this today also..... how strange... you may not be getting enought fat/cal for the milk production on this diet. Since it is a very low fat/low cal diet. HTH

yeah I need all the support that I can get.... LOL... I am really hungry now at the end of the day... I was wondering what you are doing for the meals in between breakfast lunch and dinner ... There is no way that I am going to buy the snakes I would go broke... I am also doing it for longer than the 12 weeks I have a lot to loose. I think I am going to check out some of the recipes on the web site.. I really like the one in the book the tuna with dill pickle on a bed of lettuce...

Well you gotta do it in 12 week challenges!! I am doing my first 12 week challenge. The inbetween meals, Oh I have a lot... just a few ideas are 2 pieces of string cheese and an apple, or an orange and 2 hardboiled eggs. You just need a protein and a carb. I am doing some shake and EAS bar supplements, but thats cuz I dont wanna be preparing food all the time. I have the journal, the recipe book, and the BFL book. I also joined ediets to help me plan my menus. I have been unofficially doing BFL for 3 weeks now. I have been doing the exercise for 3 weeks and we started planning and eating the meals last week. I am OFFICIALLY doing it now, so no messing up for me.
Some more ideas for mid-meals are 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 3oz of turkey and a little mustard. Let me know if you need any help, I have myself enough resources so that it will make it impossible for me to fail. I have GAINED a ton of muscle in my 3 weeks working out, I am interested in how my body will change from eating right.

yeah I started it 2 weeks ago but I hurt my back about a month ago and as soon as I started weight lifting it went out again so I have been takeing it real slow so that I could start it today... I have the book and my dh copyed the pages for me that are for planning food, exercise and I just made a book out of them. I have a lot to loose.. I have been working out are curves for 8 months and have seen little apperance results.. but I feel better. My OBGYN actually suggested that I try this and if I don't get any results that we are going to do some tests when I am done with the challange. So we shale see.. I have 20 over what I weighted before my dd was born last year and I gained a lot of weight fast before I got preg. Due to health issues and stress. I am yogurt and cottage cheese for my snacks today. and Almost didn't get all the water in ...it was so much easier for me to drink that much water plus when I was prego and nursing.

Try to work in soy chips ladies. They are yummy and would cover you on protein and carbs and even fiber for a snack and the portion size is 20 chips!

Yeah I have been working on that, I read an article that said if you drastically change your diet your milk will decrease. SO I am just trying to get used to the food and Im sure my milk will start coming back.
