How is everyone doing?

I maintained again this week - I think I am going to switch up my exercises in hopes that I can start losing again! I need to get my water back up to where I had it before as well (my DH keeps bringing home Lipton's Brisk Raspberry Ice tea and I have been drinking that! I also have to admit that I did have a few glasses of pop this week as well- maybe that is why I maintained!). In all I just need to regroup myself and fet things rolling again! I have a lot of big house projects coming up within the next few weeks (winterizing, fall cleanup (although the leaves have not really changed here yet!) and going through everyones things in order to make space for the new things we will get for Christmas, etc) I am hoping that all this extra work will help me in "staying motivated".

Hope everyone else is doing great!

Watch the cals in those fruity juices.....they are disguised well! That is why I avoid any fruity or sweet drinks...and just drink water instead! It's crazy how much PUNCH those things have.

I ran 4 1/2 miles TWICE this week. I am proud of that. It sucked...but I did it. I also worked out three times this week. I am heading to the gym with dh and the kids this morning. I'm going to run the track with him and then do a sets and reps class. We are then taking the kids swimming afterwards. Should be fun! (I LOVE THE Y)

Dh leaves tomorrow for two weeks. THAT is going to SUCK!!!! But I fully intend on keeping them busy and giving myself some projects to do aroud the house too!

I am stil the same weight.I think I might be at my stand still weight?I think I am getting muscle.The weight isn't going down anymore but I did last sunday put on a pair of capris with pockets on the side(hiking kind)and they fit.I bought them in the spring and I could not get them over my hips and zipped.I was suprised.I did it just to see not thinking they would fit

I am pretty happy over that!

Well, I ran 4 days this week.. 4 miles three days and 1.5 miles one day. Today was a bit difficult for me to get my butt up stairs and workout, we had a carry in lunch at work...but I have to say, I feel so good lately and didn't want that to stop. I went and ran 4 miles!!

I also had gained some weight over the last several months. I know that is has alot to do with what I eat.. my down fall is chips and oreos! I started measuring out portions again (not of the chips! lol) I am down 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I feel really good...and my body feels alot more toned too!
