Wow - Jodie - that's an incredible accomplishment. You should be proud! I've been struggling with weight issues for years - only should lose about 40 more or so, but YAY for you!
I don't know anyone who's had that sort of thing done, but my sister had a breast reduction last year. She was always quite big on top & felt self-conscious, had a hard time getting clothes to fit, etc. She finally dug up the money to get it done - she was 45 - and let me tell you she is SOOOO happy. She feels much better about herself now.
Sometimes it's not an issue of vanity, but of taking care of some things that are whittling at our self-esteem. A little thing that might be holding you back can make a huge difference in how you see yourself and then how you approach the world. I'm sure part of the lines are because the skin on your face was stretched, and now you are thinner. Just like some people have to get skin removed around their waist after major weight loss, you might need a similar thing to your face to get the full benefit of your remarkable accomplishment. I'd look into it. It could be an investment in a whole new outlook for you.
