I didn't realize how popular that book was until I went looking for it. Thanks for openning my eyes!

Right now I feel that Dh is more involved in the church than I am, because was the intern for the youth over the summer, and it is now being extended thorough this next year. I guess that is my ministery too, I just don't feel like I do that much. I guess I probably need to be more involved with it. It's kida hard though, because there are only like 3 girls that acctually are involved.

I am less involved than I used to be. God is teaching me to say no and work on the outside a bit. It doesn't have to be formal organized stuff to show God's love through you. I hope that makes sense.

I am taking a break from Children's Church. I am just the Discussion Group Leader Coord. at MOPS this year and I help out when I am asked, but I am trying to focus more on my family right now while they are young.

I think it is great that you want to be more involved, Christy, but I know you so I will warn you - be careful not to take on too much!!! I am learning that lesson now myself.

I am currently reading the Beth Moore book Breaking Free, and it has been really enlightening. She has a wealth of information in her books. She has a Bible study that goes with it, but I am just reading the book first. The Experiencing God study is the Henry Blackaby study I mentioned in an earlier post. I think you will really get so much out of The Purpose Driven Life.

I started reading The Purpose Driven Life. I have a journal to go along with it. It would really make for some interesting discussions if anyone else is interested in discussing some of their talking points.
