Great start to WALKTOBER yesterday ladies....keep it up!

It's 10:20 and I just finished my three mile run......I have a whole day in front of me....

how are you girls doing?

I have 4,268 steps logged so far today. Ended the night last night with 10,145 and yes i wrote it on the calendar!

the UPS guy just dropped mine off..... wooohoo... now I can start counting. I didn't do anyting yesterday since this weekend we toar up the front yard grass. dugg the trenches for the new sprinkler sys, filled in the trenches and leveled the yard.... I was tired and soar but I am back at it today... I have do my 2 miles on the treadmill still but it is still early in the day.

I did 12,179!!! Yay! And that was even with having a cold and feeling yucky, lol!

busy day-lots of walking and I push mowed our yard. Definately over 10000!
