Man, I know all the things about exercising and how even if you don't really feel like you have the engergy to exercise you should because you'll have energy afterward and whatnot. But, the past few mornings I've wanted to go for a jog or well.... walk/jog but, decided not to because I was still tired and it's cold or whatever.
But I went for one tonight, couldn't jog the whole route (I'm out of shape ) So I'd walk and a quick pace, then jog. But, now I just feel... energized I guess. So I think I'll jog tomorrow morning

It really is mind over matter. If you wake up and immediately put your gym clothes on and then carry on with your day, it makes it that much easier to get there too (at least that is what I do). I have a friend who told me that she gets up and puts her sports bra on as soon as she gets up! It helps to keep her focused on getting into the gym.

I also think to get energy you do have to expense some of it. It's a great feeling to go into a gym or to go for a run or a walk when you don't really want to, or are dead tired, and actually finish it. Two things happen
1) you're proud of yourself for carrying it through and 2) you do feel more energized.

Those endorphins want out....so light them up and get moving.....you'll be happy you did!
