I had an ok week down 0.4 still down is down



I am having issues getting in my activity in rainy washington. I don't have a gym membership and I seem to be doing less walking. Anyone else with the winter weather activity slum?

I have been so busy last week and part of this week- I did not weigh myself! I am hoping to lose weight by this Friday! Sorry I have been a slacker in the MM section!
