I drink way too much caffeinated soda so I'm trying to drink more water. Problem is that I'm in the bathroom all the time when I drink more water. Will my body adapt so I'm not always peeing or is it just like this when you drink alot of water in a day? TIA?

I agree that your body will adjust, and feel a ton better. *Not to mention that you may lose a few pounds...

We recently started having home delivery of water and have one of the water dispenser systems now. *It is great! *Even my dh drinks TONS of water now. *It is so convenient! *The kids have their cups for the day, and they can just refill their cups as needed. *We stay much more hydrated this way. *The absolute best thing for these hot summer days.

This may be true but if I drink a full bottle of Nalgene (32 oz) - I pee at least 4 times WHILE I'm drinking it. Do I have a hole in my bladder or what?!

I never adapt to drinking water, I only drink one 4 oz cup of coffee/day. However, I do feel better so it's a trade off.

Hope your body adjusts better than mine.

Your body should get used to it, for whatever reason mine takes a week or more to get used to a high water intake again ( I go months without drinking it regularly). I just started drinking more water and cut myself down to 1 can of soda a day and I fee like I'm in the bathroom ever hour or more!

Don't get discouraged!!!

Yes, you will get used to it. In fact, when I drink hot tea in the mornings, I pee way more than when I drink 32-64 ozs. of water in the afternoon.
