Staying motivated takes practice. I find that setting new goals helps, that way I'm always looking forward to something and achieving what I set out to do. Reading inspirational books can be encouraging...helps to have a good attitude and stay thankful. Setting time aside for prayer and meditation is key. It makes all the difference. It's where I draw my strength from to make the most of each day. Having a mentor or support system makes life so much easier. We all need others for encouragement, direction, comfort, and companionship.
