How did this week go for everyone?

I maintained again this week- which is wonderful! Starting after Christmas (mainly after Christmas since everything is kinda hetic right now!) I am going to be adding a few more things to my routine (well actually a lot)- I am going to try to complete a 5k for Christy's challenge. There is a few ones that I am trying to decied between- BUT for what I really want to do it for- I am having troubles finding it (Pulomonary Fibrosis).

With only 11 more days til Christmas- I think we should have a little exercise for the week. When you are at home and you feel pressure/stress from the holidays and everything else we do- take 10 minutes and do anytype of exercise that you enjoy (dancing to music, cardio, etc)- not only will that help the stress factor- you will be moving and maybe if you lose a little weight this upcoming week- and that would probably make our Christmas even better!

Good for you, stevesgal! And on a birthday week, no less. Way to go. (Did you see my post on your birthday thread about you being in my dream? Very funny! I've never seen you in real life but you looked great in my dream - very fit! )

I gained back that 1/2 pound I mysteriously lost last week, so it must have been water. My body is stuck at 122 and I don't think it is going anywhere until after the holidays. I am sick AGAIN so it has been a waste of a week as far as exercise goes. A couple of walks and that was it. I am just going to accept that things will be out of whack until we get back from our trip to the inlaws house and make it through the huge Christmas Eve dinner at my parents and Christmas day brunch (my favorite meal all year - my aunt is the best cook in the world) at my aunt and uncle's. But as soon as that ends, I am getting back to my hard workouts because Spring Break will be right around the corner and I have to spend that week in a bikini with my size 2 sister who works out for 2 hours a day 6 days a week! My goal is to be down to 115 and not jiggly anywhere by the beginning of April. But for the next 10 days it is my mission to make sure that the scale doesn't get any higher than where it is right now!

Hi Maggie! I did not read the post- I will have to do that! I bet I looked better in your dream than in real life- ! Hopefully it was a great dream!

I agree- don't stress over losing weight at the Holidays! My goal is to maintain and IF I gain- I only want it to stay within 2 lbs (let's hope I maintain!).

I was down .6oz this week - so not bad. At least it is going down. I'm getting ready for the holidays - my kids are so excited. And I'm excited to have dh home again (he works for UPS).
I just received the 2 new Biggest Loser workout DVD's today so that is going to be my new exercises this week. I really want to see if they kick my butt!!! I'll let you all know
Have a good week everyone.

Well I have nothing to report but I am jumping on the band wagon again! This time is because my health insurance premium went up because of my weight! That cannot be a good sign. I need to DROP THOSE POUNDS!!! I will report next week. My entire goal is 65 pounds by next September.
