Question Did you stick to your resolutions? Will you be making more this year?

How many of you stuck to at least one of your New Year's resolutions?

How many of you are making new ones up as we speak?

How many of you don't know why you even bother making them?

I stuck to many of mine! Lost weight, quit drinking pop, smoking- this was actually the best New Years Resolutions I have had !

I am continuing the losing more weight, try to compete in a 5K and try to save more money this year.

I never stick to them when I make them at new years...Now this past summer I resolved to "live healthier" meaning eat better, drink more water and lose some weight. I have been doing very well, but no I don't do it for the sake of New Years.

Did that make sense?
