I started running again this week since it was finally safe to. It had been about a week and a bit since I had run last before the Ice Storm hit. I ran 3 miles twice this week, and lifted weights too but pulled a glute (of all stinkin' muscles) on Thursday so now I am finding it VERY hard to get around. The slightest inclines KILL my rump! You just don't realize how often you use your glute muscles until they cuase you discomfort!!!!!
I weighed myself this week too, since it had been a week off of any physical activity and tons of Christmas snacks. I had maintained my weight so that was promising. With the onset of PMS and Christmas, I know I am starting the new year on a down note though!!! Can only go up from here!
