Well- with Christmas being only 4 days away I am getting super busy (plus both the girls are done with school til next year!)- I am trying to at least squeeze in 10 minutes of exercise a day- so far so good! I don't think it will work very good the next 3 days though! I did maintain this week- thank goodness- next week will probably be my challenge week!

How did everyone else do this week? If I don't see any of you online before Christmas- Merry Christmas!

I started running again this week since it was finally safe to. It had been about a week and a bit since I had run last before the Ice Storm hit. I ran 3 miles twice this week, and lifted weights too but pulled a glute (of all stinkin' muscles) on Thursday so now I am finding it VERY hard to get around. The slightest inclines KILL my rump! You just don't realize how often you use your glute muscles until they cuase you discomfort!!!!!

I weighed myself this week too, since it had been a week off of any physical activity and tons of Christmas snacks. I had maintained my weight so that was promising. With the onset of PMS and Christmas, I know I am starting the new year on a down note though!!! Can only go up from here!

I did good this week - I started eating "clean" and switched my food plan to Core with WW. And I'm down 2lbs this week. So I guess my body likes all the clean stuff and more veggies.

I was wondering (actually hoping) if you stopped running! I did not want you to fall and hurt something with all of that ice! That's great about maintaining- - I was so nervous stepping on the scale yesterday (especially since I started to cave in on some of those Christmas treats laying arond the house!).

Great Job mamaof3kiddies- losing weight around the Holidays is such a great thing- especially 2 lbs !
