I see that some of you follow weight watchers but I am wondering what diet others on the board follow. I just eat in moderation but I need to cut out some refined sugars in my diet. I would like to drop @ 5lbs so I think cutting these out would help. What do you all do?

Personally I cut out pop from my diet, drink at least .55 ozs of my weight in water, don't eat anything after 7:30, watch my caloric intake. I have been slacking off a little- BUT I will be getting back into everything I normally do pretty soon!

I don't follow a diet, just eat within my calories & macro ranges and make sure I get my water, fruit & vegetables. I like using bodyweight * 12 or 11 for a weightloss calorie range but I don't restrict anything. If I have a craving for chocolate I eat it, but then I have 200 cals less for the day .

I loathe the word "Diet" just saying I'm on one makes me want to eat the whole bag of doritios simply out of spite for the word

It's so much easier and healthier to just think of it as a lifestyle change. I am eating healthier and not restricting myself. If I want those doritios I'll have them...but in moderation and I'll make up for it later, usually by cutting back later in the day or working out harder later.
