I found this article from shape magazine and they give us thirteen simple daily tweaks to help us get happier and healthier!!!
1) Drink some water every hour
2) Put on a happy face
3) Give yourself a posture check
4) Break out the Swiffer (tidier house equates a happier being)
5) "vacation in bed"
6) eat a little avacado (replace mayo with this delish alternative)
7) Crank up the tunes on your commutes
8) Play in the dirt
9) (for the single ladies) Chat it up with the new guy
10) Stock up on staples ~ eat out less
11) Take a TV break
12) Splurge on fresh cut flowers
13) Measure your belly
