I could totally use some support coming up with my goal. Over two years ago, I went totally low carb and lost 30 pounds. When I came off, I gradually gained it back, but I put most of it on in the office I work in now. The temptation there is to much. Catored lunches every day, snacks, you name it, it's there. So over the Christmas holiday, I went to my father in laws and his stepdaughter looks amazing!! So she has been doing the weight watchers thing. As of 1/2/08, i will start to..Pray I stick to it...I want my body back..lol
